Application formThe Application form is in Microsoft Word Format click on the link below which should open the file in your browser window. You can then enter your details on the screen and print it out (it can be saved to your hard drive if you want). Unfortunately we cannot accept the forms on line because we must have a signature showing your acceptance of our Membership rules and Code of conduct (included on page 2 of the form).
We also require a passport style photo for the ID card (a digital image is preferable if available).
